This is one of my personal favorite old school hip-hop tracks, by Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth - T.R.O.Y. (They Reminisce Over You). It was released in 1992 and was inspired by the loss of their close friend. This song also features a sample from Tom Scott's song, 'Today', which is a jazz cover of Jefferson Airplane's 'Today'.
